General

1.1. Just Because It's Pizza PTY Ltd (referred to as "the Company") is duly registered under South African laws with number 2016/275771/07.

1.2. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all agreements made between the Company and its clients (referred to as "the Client") for events catering services, including but not limited to the provision of pizzas, wine, photography, and entertainment.

1.3. By accepting the quote provided and paying the required deposit according to the accepted quote to the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Catering Services

2.1. The Company provides events catering services, cantered around the provision of pizzas as a buffet. The Client may also choose to add wine to the service, which will be provided by a third party contracted by the Company, as the Company does not have an alcohol license.

2.2. The Client must inform the Company of any dietary requirements, allergies, or other special requests at least 7 days before the event.

2.3 The Company makes used of charcoal fired ovens to make the pizzas. The Client is to provide the Company with a suitable area for the fires to be lit. A suitable area:

               2.3.1. Is away from highly flammable materials (e.g. thatched roofs, curtains, etc)

               2.3.2. Has open air above for smoke to escape.

2.2.3. Does not obstruct the movement of vehicles, people, and any other equipment or property for the duration of the event.

Photography and Entertainment Services

3.1. The Company may also provide photography and entertainment services upon request.

3.2. The Client must inform the Company of any specific requirements for photography or entertainment services at least 21 days before the event.

3.3. The Company uses a third party for photography services. Therefore, it is not to say that both catering and photography services will be available on the date requested by the Client.

3.4. Entertainment services are live acoustic performances by Liam Burks and/or Liam Oosthuizen. The availability of each artist is subject to the artist themselves and the Company takes no responsibility for services rendered by the artists.

3.4. Both catering and entertainment services will not necessarily be available on the date requested by the Client.

Payment

4.1. A deposit of 75% of the quote value is required 7 days before the event. The remainder is paid on or before the day of the event.

4.2. The Client is charged per head attending the event, and must be honest about the number of people in order for the Company to cater correctly. Children under the age of 12 are free.

4.3. There is a minimum of 15 people per event.

4.4. Payment should be made to the following bank account:

4.4. If the Client cancels the event less than 7 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

Liability and Indemnity

5.1. The Company will take all reasonable care in providing its services. However, the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client, its guests, or any third party arising from the provision of its services, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its employees harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the provision of its services, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These Terms and any agreements made between the Company and the Client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

6.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any agreements made between the Company and the Client shall be settled between the Company and the Client without third party involvement. Should a third party be required, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
